Through a variety of avenues, including teaching, coaching, training, and self-exploration, I’ve encountered individuals who are intentionally cultivating more balance in their lives. That may be literal balance in a yoga class, but oftentimes, it’s broader like the in-tangible work-life balance, nutrition, mindset, and resiliency.

It has been inspiring to see how much potential we, as humans, have to flourish. Unfortunately, there is so much information out there, that it is hard for people to land on what works for them! For my own health, I’m inspired by many modalities and hope you enjoy some glimpses into those that I share here.
